Your order is dispatched normally within two working days after clearance of payment.
If dispatched outside Cyprus within the European Union please allow up three working days.
If dispatched anywhere outside the European Union please allow up to three/four working days after clearance of payment.
You can be sure that your order will be processed fast and be safely delivered to any part of the world. However,
I will not be held responsible for items delayed by postal strikes or delays beyond my control i.e. Public Holidays. In this case please allow additional time to receive items.
Shipping:
Shipping costs to any part of the world are calculated individually on the basis of the weight of the purchase piece measured in grams, and the country of destination.
Shipping within Cyprus is made through Cyprus Postal Service Registered Mail.
All orders are made through Cyprus Postal Service Registered Air Mail.
Please check with your custom authority about possible custom fees (but usually they won’t charge you)

Jewelry is packed carefully and shipped by registered mail in padded envelopes.
Return Policy:
I stand behind my products, all returns must be pre-authorized within 7 business days of product delivery.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
The merchandise must be returned unused, in perfect condition with original packing and enclose the receipt or invoice.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured and prepaid.
No exchanges of refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered back to me.
